Our food and hygiene standards

At Sutton & Sons’ Fishmongers, we pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our fish and shellfish. At the same time, we take just as much care in its preparation, display and storage.

We always adhere to British and EU legislation covering these areas. In addition, all cleaning and temperature records are kept within HACCP regulations, and all of our experienced cutting staff have completed food hygiene courses.
