Our food and hygiene standards

At the Fishery, we pride ourselves on the freshness and quality of our fish and shellfish. At the same time, we take just as much care in its preparation, display and storage.

We always adhere to current British and EU legislation covering these areas. In addition, all cleaning and temperature records are kept within current HACAPP regulations. Plus all of our experienced cutting staff have food hygiene certificates.
